The Role: We are seeking a part-qualified Junior Management Accountant to join our expanding finance team. This handson role will support the full monthly finance cycle across a multientity group structure and offers broad exposure across management accounting, financial control, revenue analysis, and statutory processes. Working closely with senior members of the finance team, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting commercial insight as the business continues its rapid growth. Key Responsibilities: Month-End & Financial Control Preparing payroll reconciliations and posting journals Preparing accruals and deferred income entries Completing COS (Cost of Sales) accruals Managing fixed asset accounting and maintaining the fixed asset register Performing balance sheet and COS reconciliations Group & Entity Accounting Supporting accounting for holding companies and smaller group entities Assisting with VAT returns and associated reporting requirements Revenue & Contract Oversight Maintaining the Contract Tracker with accurate and timely updates Carrying out monthly revenue, COS, and margin analysis Identifying and analysing exceptional or oneoff items Reporting & Submissions Preparing and supporting monthly and quarterly framework submissions Conducting adhoc analysis to support commercial insight and decision-making About You: Essential Partqualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent) Strong Excel proficiency and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational capability Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a scaling finance function Why This Role?
