Regional Payroll Manager - 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Location: Reading (2 days per week in office)
Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + Bonus
Additional Benefits: Generous annual leave, 2pm Friday finishes, international travel opportunities
Are you an experienced payroll leader with strong EMEA expertise? Our client is seeking a Regional Payroll Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
In this pivotal role, you will:
Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals across multiple regions
Oversee payroll operations across diverse markets
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver payroll transformation projects
Shape and implement new payroll policies
Ensure compliance through successful management of internal and external audits
Support and develop your team to achieve their full potentialExperience required:
Proven track record in EMEA payroll management
Strong people management skills, with experience leading remote/regional teams
Fluent in English and French (both essential)
A proactive leader with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and best practice
