Job Description
This role will require a professional who is highly skilled at adapting content for multiple digital platforms including social media (Meta and TikTok) and Google ads.
We’re looking for a freelancer who can join us full-time for a few weeks, and then continue to support us on an ad-hoc basis
Job Requirements
Key Skills & Experience:
* Experience: 2+ years experience of artworking ads and organic content for social and digital platforms
* Design Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
* Software Proficiency: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design software.
* Attention to Detail: An eye for detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality content at a fast pace
* Brand Awareness: Ability to quickly adapt to the Chilly’s brand style and guidelines
* Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
* Proactive: Demonstrates initiative, taking ownership of tasks and delivery
* Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the production of artwork across all channels (print, digital, social media, etc.), ensuring designs are not only aligned with the Chilly’s brand but also tailored to meet specific channel and audience requirements.
* Oversee the preparation of files for different uses, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms.
* Oversee the design process to ensure all artwork meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and clarity.
* Implement robust quality control procedures to maintain Chilly’s brand aesthetic across all platforms and touchpoints.
* Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of assets.
* Support the Mid-weight Graphic Designer on design tasks as required
* Work collaboratively with other departments (marketing, product, operations and commercial teams) to ensure projects are delivered on time in full
* Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all touchpoints.
