Role Overview
We are looking for a Payments Business Analyst with experience in regulated financial services, ideally with exposure to Private Banking and Wealth Management environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape scope, milestones, dependencies, and realistic delivery plans.
* Adapt Agile methodologies within the established framework.
* Manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) proactively.
* Translate change into measurable outcomes and business benefits.
* Deliver concise updates to senior stakeholders and manage expectations.
* Align multiple functions around a unified change plan.
* Ensure operational risk and regulatory considerations are embedded in processes.
* Conduct effective governance management through steering committees.
* Execute change management by developing communication strategies.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in delivery and execution discipline.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to influence without direct authority.
* Expertise in governance, risk, and controls management.
