The Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee HR technology solutions, ensuring system integrations, data integrity, and compliance.
* Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training.
* Maintain strong technical expertise in platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and others.
* Manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
* Ensure system security and data privacy standards are met.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with expertise in HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow.
* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
* Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management are a plus.
* 10+ years of relevant experience.
