Our ecommerce fulfilment, team based in Stanwell Moor, is responsible for creating and dispatching unique hand made luxury products in bespoke gift packaging. We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Administrator to join the team to help take our customer experience to the next level! This is a full time, on site role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, hands on environment and wants to be part of a growing, customer focused business. What you'll be doing: Accurately maintaining records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) for all goods received, dispatched, and transferred. Carrying out stock counts, monitoring inventory levels, and highlighting any issues or low stock concerns. Supporting the preparation and dispatch of customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. Assisting with troubleshooting across printing, production, and IT systems. Working alongside management to review processes and improve warehouse performance Pitching in with other warehouse tasks as needed to support the wider team. Requirements Strong organisational and administrative skills. Confident communication skills when liaising with internal teams and external suppliers. Comfortable using IT systems and online business tools. High attention to detail for accurate record-keeping. Physically fit and able to move or lift stock when required.
