Overview
The Service, Strategy and Transformation Directorate is recruiting permanently for an SEO Transformation Advisor. This role is open to all eligible candidates within the wider Civil Service adverts.

Hybrid working model is offered to allow a balance between remote work and time spent in your chosen base location.
Ways of Working
Full‑time, part‑time or job share options are available, with flexible working patterns.
Suitable applicants may be held on a reserve list for up to 12 months.
Salary
New entrants to the Civil Service should expect to join on the minimum of the pay range.
Existing civil servants recruited externally will receive the better of promotion terms, transfer terms, or pay on appointment arrangements (minimum of pay range).
Transformation Advisor – The Role
We are looking for SEO Transformation Advisors to join the Transformation team.
Roles will work across either the Transformation Delivery or Transformation Office parts of the team, supporting priority transformation initiatives across the Ministry of Justice. Applicants will be assigned to a part of the team based on team need and best fit following the interview process.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting delivery, analysis, coordination, and problem‑solving to help teams progress complex transformation challenges.
* Working alongside transformation programmes or service teams to strengthen delivery plans.
* Improving visibility of portfolio performance.
* Supporting cross‑cutting work to unblock barriers to progress.
* Operating at the centre of transformation activity, collaborating with colleagues across policy, operations, digital and analytical teams.
This role offers exposure to high‑priority transformation work and collaboration with senior MoJ stakeholders to improve user outcomes.
