About the Role
Brook Street is recruiting Support Workers - Children and Young People to join a dedicated and supportive team within a residential care setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people who have experienced trauma, loss, or instability.
Six month's care experience is essential for this role. You will play a vital part in supporting the physical, emotional, and social needs of children and young people, working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals. The role also includes transporting children and young people to school, appointments, and activities.
