Store Manager
Responsibilities
* Set a positive tone and strong work ethic, leading by example.
* Ensure that the company’s regulatory policies and daily store guidelines—including food safety and sanitation regulations—are strictly followed.
* Keep the store clean and presentable.
* Maintain standards for quality, customer service, health and safety.
* Maintain the staff part‑time roster by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training.
* Maintain the stability and reputation of the store.
* Train and educate your team on drink preparation processes and policies.
* Complete the reasonable tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications
* Legally eligible to work in the UK.
* An energetic person with positive thinking and a "can‑do" attitude.
* Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with customers and the team.
