At The Lignum Group, we’re growing our international footprint and are looking for a Client Development Lead to take ownership of new business development and long-term client growth across key global markets.

This is a commercial, client-facing position focused on building relationships that turn into long-term partnerships and consistent revenue growth.
You will be responsible for:
* Building new client relationships across US and European markets
* Developing and growing key accounts over time
* Leading commercial conversations with senior stakeholders
* Identifying opportunities through market insight and hiring trends
* Working closely with recruitment teams to ensure strong delivery alignment

This gives you the platform to focus on building relationships, opening doors, and growing accounts, rather than starting from scratch.
