Responsibilities As Commercial Business Manager for the Southern Region, you’ll be responsible for driving Ducati’s commercial success in your territory, working closely with our dealer network to grow sales, market share, and customer satisfaction. •Driving wholesale and retail sales of Motorcycles and Ducati Apparel and Accessories. •Advising dealers on optimising lead management and conversion. •Ensuring targets are met on customer satisfaction, sales, market share, and profitability. •Managing business relationships with motorcycle dealers through regular visits, calls, and email communication. •Ensuring dealer compliance with Ducati UK’s qualitative standards. •Monitoring dealer performance and providing updates against targets. •Managing and communicating dealer’s current order portfolio within your region. •Accurate and timely forecasting of regional retail sales. •Coaching dealer staff on Ducati products, sales processes, and premium Ducati experiences. •Represent DUK regionally and nationally at weekend trade shows, races, and related events. •Maintaining knowledge of sales and marketing trends. Skills, knowledge and experience: •Minimum 4 years’ experience in an area management role within the automotive industry. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence. •IT competent — proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. •The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
