German Speaking Customer Service Agent (FTC)
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid 2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 4pm or 9am 5pm (with occasional Saturday work on a rota basis)
We re seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a friendly and supportive multilingual customer care team based in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone fluent in German and English who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer queries in German and English via phone, email, and live chat.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders.
* Handle customer complaints and enquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
* Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and follow up as needed.
* Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely responses.
