We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customs Coordinator / Imports Operator to join our clients busy team in their Freight Forwarding operation in Grangemouth .
As a key part of their operations team, you will handle import documentation, customs clearance, and liaise with HMRC and port authorities to ensure the smooth movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit customs entries for import shipments
Liaise with clients, carriers, and HMRC to ensure compliance
Monitor shipments and keep clients informed of progress
Resolve customs-related queries efficiently
