We are seeking a senior Key Account Manager to expand our footprint in the UK by managing strategic clients and promoting our flashing and sealing systems for the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and grow business opportunities in the roofing and façade sector, especially with contractors and distributors
* Promote building envelope solutions, focusing on waterproofing, sealing, and flashing products
* Negotiate commercial agreements and manage long-term client relationships
* Collaborate with technical teams to provide custom solutions for complex projects
* Stay informed on industry innovations and regulations impacting the building envelope sector
Mandatory Requirements:
* 5-10+ years' experience in technical sales within construction/building envelope or building materials
* Solid track record working with contractors, roofing companies, or distributors
* English - Native
* Based in the Greater London Area
* Willingness to travel throughout the UK
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
* Background in facade systems, waterproofing, or roof sealing
* Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn for B2B sales
* Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business (not mandatory)
