We are now looking for a First Line Manager to lead our operational teams and ensure the safe, efficient and effective delivery of daily warehouse activities.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse colleagues to deliver excellent operational performance
* Ensure all tasks are completed safely, following site procedures, risk assessments and compliance standards
* Allocate labour, manage workloads, and adjust priorities based on daily operational requirements
* Monitor productivity, quality and accuracy, taking proactive steps to address performance gaps
* Support colleague engagement, training and development, ensuring a positive team culture
* Maintain accurate reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site
