Pilgrim's Europe is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team at Rollover. This is a key role supporting our sales function and owning the end-to-end customer lifecycle, helping us deliver a first-class onboarding and ongoing customer experience.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday
What you'll be doing
Managing enquiries through the Sales Support mailbox and ticketing system
Processing new account applications and setting up customer accounts in SAP within SLA
Issuing and responding to payment link requests
Acting as the first point of contact for inbound leads
Managing account notifications (on-stop, takeovers, trading recommencement)
Creating and maintaining price files
Processing equipment upgrade and additional equipment requests
Liaising with equipment manufacturers and suppliers
Raising purchase orders (POs)
Coordinating customer equipment requests
Maintaining an accurate equipment asset register
Responding to customer and consumer enquiries via the info@ mailbox
Carrying out onboarding follow-up calls post-installation to gather customer feedback
Managing customer complaints from logging through to resolution, liaising with suppliers where required
Providing general administrative and operational support to the Field Sales team
Working closely with Account Managers, Customer Experience, and wider internal stakeholders
Who we're looking for
You'll be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. You'll take pride in delivering a great customer experience and enjoy working as part of a collaborative sales environment.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in sales support, customer service, or administration
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confidence communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Experience using SAP or CRM systems (desirable, not essential)
A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
