1. Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support via phone, email, and live chat.

3. Take ownership of user issues and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
4. Log all calls and issues accurately in the ticketing system.
5. Assist clients with resolving network, server, hardware, and software issues.
6. Maintain logs of calls taken and any software or hardware faults identified.
