This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about therapeutic support and enjoys helping children develop confidence, emotional resilience, and positive engagement with learning. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in: Lego Therapy ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) Sand Tray Therapy Puppetry-Based Interventions Expressive Arts Music Therapy Activities Clay Play and Creative Therapeutic Approaches Key Responsibilities: Providing therapeutic support to pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis Supporting emotional regulation, communication, and wellbeing Working closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment What we're looking for: Previous experience working with children in education, care, or therapeutic settings Strong communication and relationship-building skills A patient, caring, and proactive approach A genuine commitment to supporting children with additional needs This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners while working within a supportive school environment.
