At BrightTeach, we work with learners who need something different from mainstream education. Were recruiting SEND Tutors to provide tailored, alternative provision for students with EHCPs and additional needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personalised tuition in safe, approved environments
* Design engaging interventions matched to learning styles
* Track progress and adapt teaching strategies accordinglyEnsure safeguarding and student welfare at all times
* Complete session records and contribute to progress reviews
Requirements
* Teaching qualification (QTS) or substantial classroom/SEND experience
* Confident supporting learners with xlqdzyr complex needs
* Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
* Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
* Enhanced DBS required
