Experienced CNC Setters / Operators required to work for large Engineering company based in Plymouth. Successful candidates will be required to set and operate both Fanuc controlled CNC and PLC Machinery. Key Responsibilities:
1. Set and operate machinery in any cell as directed by Team Leader.
2. Set and operate a cell unsupervised.
3. Set machine tooling and jigs in accordance with production engineering and Company quality standards.
4. Ensure tooling is fitted correctly and running in accordance with specification sheets.
5. Complete first-offs and appropriate checks in compliance with Company quality and production engineering standards.
6. Load and unload components from machinery.
7. Read Engineering Drawings and adhere to SOPs.
8. Use analogue and digital measuring equipment such as Verniers and Micrometres.
