The Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service provides a comprehensive Occupational Health Service to both NHS and non NHS clients throughout the Highland region including Independent Contractors (GPs GDPs and Community Pharmacists), and various private contracts.
You will provide administrative and secretarial services to the occupational health service and any clients / visitors of the service. Main duties include typing utilising the Winscribe digital dictation service, answering the telephone and booking appointments. You must be proficient in the use of Winscribe (digital dictation), and have experience with Microsoft packages including Word.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm in line with the needs of the Service.
