* We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work on behalf of Virgin media/O2!
* Hourly rate of £12.25
* Monthly bonus earning opportunities!
* Hybrid model– A mix of days on site based in Newcastle City Centre & the comfort of your own home.
* Full time permanent position- Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 9am-8pm Monday to Sunday.
As an advisor with Virgin Media/O2, our customers interests are at the heart of everything we do. Your main role will be to respond to inbound calls from Virgin Media/O2 Mobile customers. You are to provide excellent customer service support, help with general queries such as tech issues, payments, billing, customer complaints & aim to drive sales through great service.

What you’ll need
* A minimum of 6-12 months experience within a sale’s role (Desirable) or working towards monitored targets.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* A great attitude and an ability to talk to people at all levels.
* A technical mindset – you will need to know how to use a computer and navigate different systems.
* A quiet place to work at home with a good broadband connection minimum 10 mbps.
