One of London’s growing and highly ambitious main contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the business on a landmark £100m development in Blackfriars.
With a strong pipeline of secured projects and continued growth across Central London, this contractor has built a reputation for delivering complex schemes to a high standard while maintaining a collaborative, people-focused culture. As the business continues to expand, they are looking to strengthen their operational team with the appointment of a driven and technically strong Project Manager.

The Role
* Managing the project from inception through to completion
* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
* Driving programme, quality, health & safety, and client relationships
* Leading site meetings and reporting to senior management
* Overseeing RC frame, structural, and fit out packages
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Maintaining high standards across all phases of delivery
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
* Experience delivering large-scale developments in Central London
* Cradle-to-grave project delivery experience essential
* Engineering background advantageous
* Alternatively, strong experience delivering major RC frame developments
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Commercially aware with strong operational management ability
