Role Summary
We are seeking a Ships Agent to be based in our Tilbury office, carrying out ships agency and logistics operations within a port environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Carrying out ship’s agency operations duties.
2. Communicating with clients, vessels, port authorities, and suppliers.
3. Assisting in the preparation of cargo and vessel documentation.
4. Working outside of usual hours on a rota basis, in addition to a standard 37.5-hour workweek.
5. Providing cover for other UK-based offices as needed.
6. Performing additional or ad hoc duties to meet business needs.
