Employee Relations Advisor - Fixed- Term Contract Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional ready to make an impact in a fast- paced manufacturing environment? What We're Looking For: 5 years of hands- on experience in employee relations, disciplinary processes, and employment law. Proven ability to manage complex ER cases with professionalism and sound judgement. Solid understanding of UK employment legislation. CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable but not essential - demonstrable capability is key. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and support on a wide range of ER issues, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters. Partner with managers to ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies and procedures. Promote a positive working environment and support employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
