Team Assistant (Remote)
We’re working exclusively with a leading financial advisory firm on a fantastic new opportunity within their Secondaries team, the second-largest division in the business. This is a unique role for a proactive candidate looking to showcase their organisational skills, administrative expertise, and ability to bring structure to a fast-moving team of newly promoted MDs. The firm has a strong international presence across Europe, the US, and Asia, with a collaborative culture that thrives across time zones.
THE ROLE:
This 6-month fixed term contract, with the view to go permanent, will see you supporting four MDs in both administrative and sales-focused tasks. As the team hasn’t had an assistant before, you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing best practices and ensuring smooth workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Client relationship management and market building
* Updating and managing the CRM (Salesforce-based system)
* Meeting preparation including research and materials
* Coordinating diaries, travel (mainly within Europe), and expenses
* Structuring and managing internal processes and workflows
* Encouraging best practices and consistency across the team
* Providing overflow support to senior EAs
* Handling incoming requests and acting as a key point of contact
The ideal candidate would be someone excited to step into the heart of the business, helping the team stay organised, compliant, and efficient. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently will be key to success. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with solid coordination and CRM experience who thrives in a remote environment. You should feel confident managing multiple priorities, comfortable guiding others, and able to communicate with clarity and professionalism. While EA experience isn’t essential, a strong administrative background and structured approach will make you an excellent fit—especially if you’re open to progressing into a permanent role.
BENEFITS & DETAILS:
* Discretionary bonus
* Fully remote (initial training in London)
* Core hours 9:00am–5:30pm
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Private medical & dental
* And more!
