As our CEO, you’ll set the direction for B Sharp, making sure we stay true to our vision whilst ensuring operational excellence, financial stability and long-term impact. You’ll lead the organisation, building strong relationships with funders, partners and stakeholders and leading a committed team delivering high quality music programmes which make a difference to young people’s lives.

B Sharp is a young people's music charity based in Dorset and East Devon. We work with young people aged 0 - 25, and their communities, to help them access the life-changing power of music to reach their potential. Our programs provide musical training, performance opportunities and personal development, fostering creativity, confidence, and social skills. We focus on inclusivity and ensuring that all young people, regardless of their background, have the opportunity to engage with music.

ROLE DETAILS
* Contract: Permanent, 0.6 FTE (22.5 hours per week worked flexibly)
* Salary: £42,000 pro rata
* Location: Flexible in East Devon/ Dorset with regular presence in our Axminster office.
* Line Manages: Operations Manager, Artistic Lead, Freelance Music Leaders
