Job Description: Day Shift (7am to 7pm, 3 on, 3 off) and Night Shift patterns available - Multiple roles available. Our site in Norwich is all about producing high-quality confectionery products. Whether it’s keeping our production lines running smoothly or ensuring everything meets our standards, every role here is vital in delivering the brands people love.
What’s the role about? As a Machine Operative, your main job is to keep our production equipment running efficiently. You’ll be setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and making adjustments to ensure everything runs like clockwork. There’s a lot of hands-on work – from troubleshooting issues to ensuring we meet our production and quality targets.
It’s a fast-paced environment, and you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in what we do. Whether you’re completing routine checks or stepping in to fix an issue, you’ll play a key role in keeping things moving.

Qualifications: We’re Looking For People With Previous Factory Or Manufacturing Experience – Food Production Experience Is a Big Plus. You’ll Also Need
