Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – What’s on Offer:
* Competitive pay – up to £550 per week (term time only)
* Start date: Immediate or September 2025
* Monday to Friday – full-time, long-term role
* Support lessons across STEM subjects – Maths, Science, and/or Computing
* Assist with GCSE preparation and tailored academic support
Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – Your Role:
* Support students in KS3 and KS4 STEM lessons
* Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions in Maths, Science, or Computing
* Help plan and deliver engaging and practical STEM content
* Promote confidence and curiosity in technical subjects
* Collaborate with teachers, pastoral leads, and SEN staff to support pupil progress
Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – Ideal Candidate:
* A 2:1 degree or higher in a STEM subject (e.g., Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Computer Science)
* Passion for STEM education and student development
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience working with young people (e.g. mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is a bonus
* Enthusiastic, professional, and committed to making a difference
