The role of Customer Service Advisor:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
* Provide accurate information on services and resolve customer concerns effectively.
* Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
* Identify and escalate complex queries to the relevant department when necessary.
* Assist with administrative tasks to support the customer service team.
* Contribute to improving processes by providing feedback on recurring customer concerns.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
* Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the Not For Profit sector.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Adept at problem-solving and handling queries with professionalism.
* Proficiency in using standard office software and customer management systems.
* A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
