About you
What We’re Looking For
* HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
* Significant post-qualification experience within social care
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act)
* Confidence managing complex cases and risk assessments
* A natural leader with excellent communication and mentoring skills
* Passion for enabling independence and improving outcomes
