Senior (People) Administrator
Willmott Dixon is looking to recruit a Senior (People) Administrator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all administration within our people experience team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is looking to be a part of an established organisation where our people’s experience is at the forefront of every interaction.
This is a full- time role based at Willmott Dixon’s head office based in Letchworth Garden City and you will be expected to be in the office 4 days per week and will be supported to work from home 1 day per week.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
2. Process changes that form part of our people’s journey, including leavers.
3. Act as a key point of contact for general people and benefits related queries, providing timely, people focused, and clear responses as well as acting as a point of escalation.
4. Deliver a high quality, personal service that reflects a people first approach, ensuring every interaction is professional and personable.
5. Support and guide the People Experience Administration team, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
6. Be the knowledge expert in the team and ensuring high standards of service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
7. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline administration processes and adopt best practices.
8. Providing administrative and project support to the wider team as required.
9. Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality and data integrity across all systems.
Essential and Desirable Criteria
Essential Experience
10. Proven experience in an administrative role
11. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
13. Able to work use Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
14. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
15. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
16. Desirable – Associate membership of CIPD or working towards it

18. CIPD qualified at level 3
