Executive Assistant – Business Operations Focus

Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and contribute to the smooth running of the business.
This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the business, improving processes, and supporting operational activity. You’ll act as a trusted partner to senior leaders while coordinating priorities and helping drive efficiency across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level executive support including diary management, meetings, travel, and stakeholder coordination
* Prepare reports, presentations, and leadership materials
* Support day-to-day business operations and cross-functional initiatives
* Coordinate projects, track actions, and help improve internal processes
About You
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA
* Highly organised with strong communication and time-management skills
* Confident working with senior stakeholders
* Commercially aware with an interest in business operations
* Strong Microsoft Office skills; CRM or ERP experience is advantageous
