Job Summary
Deliver customer excellence by providing professional, approachable customer service, overseeing sales order processing, and liaising with production, sales, technical, and logistics teams.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (40 hours/week, excluding breaks).
Main Responsibilities
1. Proactively pursue customer orders and actions to meet requirements.
2. Prepare accurate and timely quotations using in-house pricing.
3. Coordinate with sales, production, and planning to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
4. Be the first point of contact for designated customers regarding issues.
5. Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
6. Handle customer complaints.
7. Operate and develop ERP/sales order processing systems.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date administration records.
9. Support external sales team as backup.
10. Manage customer relationships to meet departmental KPIs.
11. Manage House Accounts.
12. Perform other duties as required.

Skills Needed
* Previous account management experience (desired)
* GCSE English and Maths (grades A-C) or equivalent
* At least 6 months office/customer service experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
* High standard of work and attention to detail
* Good initiative and problem-solving skills
