HR Generalist - Production Site in Campsie
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an HR Generalist to provide key local HR support at our production site in Campsie, supporting operational managers across all aspects of their people strategy. You will be a vital member of the HR team, supporting large-scale manufacturing operations in Ireland.
Responsibilities:
1. Utilize HR and other business systems to build and report on employee KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making.
2. Monitor HR data for accuracy and quality management.
3. Support the HR team in providing advice, guidance, and support to management and staff in line with company policies and employment legislation across Ireland's manufacturing network.
4. Assist with HR systems integration and change management initiatives.
5. Support managers in staff management and achieving departmental objectives.
6. Contribute to HR-related business initiatives and improvements.
7. Identify and evaluate development needs within the business.
8. Assist in developing departmental development plans to enhance skills and knowledge.
9. Ensure compliance with HR procedures and monitor their implementation.
10. Collaborate with recruitment providers and hiring managers to recruit qualified candidates.
11. Resolve HR issues efficiently, minimizing costs.
12. Perform HR administration duties and maintain personnel records.
13. Provide data to payroll for accurate monthly payroll administration.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR-related role, with employee relations expertise.
* A relevant HR degree is advantageous.
* Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, HCM, and ORC is preferred.
* Proficient in IT, with the ability to understand HR databases and MS Office applications.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical & Environmental Demands:
Presence on a manufacturing site is required, including wearing PPE and observing EHS policies.
Travel: Up to 10% travel to other sites in Ireland (Burnfoot or Letterkenny).
