Overall Purpose of the Job
1. To effectively lead and manage the on-site ResLife teams, enhancing the student residential experience by ensuring a continuous provision of support, promotion of a harmonious living environment.
2. To provide a consistent approach when dealing with all welfare and disciplinary matters in accordance with University regulations and other legislation.
3. To oversee the delivery of the ResLife programme to all residents by the ResLife team, ensuring an all-inclusive and diverse calendar of events is achieved with maximum participation.
