Job Title: Executive Assistant / Operations Assistant


Location: Borehamwood WD6 2FX


Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 depending on experience

Type: Full-time, permanent (Office-based)

About Us

We run two fast-growing companies — one in EV charging infrastructure (CPO - Charge Point Operator) and the other in electrical and property contracting, accredited with NICEIC and NAPIT.

We're now looking for a confident, highly organised Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant with strong admin and operations experience to support the Director across both businesses.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Borehamwood/Hendon.

What You’ll Do

This role combines classic Executive Assistant / PA duties with hands-on business operations support:

Stay on top of task lists, action items, and deadlines — and follow up without needing reminders.

Attend meetings with contractors, suppliers, or partners, take notes, and manage follow-ups.

Handle inboxes (hello@, avrom@, accounts@) - respond, prioritise, and flag key messages.

Manage documentation for NICEIC, NAPIT, contracts, and compliance.

Assist with accounts admin, invoicing, and expenses using Xero.

Track staff documentation, onboarding, and recruitment admin.

Organise and manage documents related to EV charging and electrical jobs.

Oversee digital filing (Google Drive, SharePoint) and maintain team organisation.
