About the Role:
* Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task and complete set work.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and uphold the school's expectations.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson material - no planning or marking required.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff and support the smooth running of the school day.
Requirements:
* A degree or relevant experience working with young people (e.g., in education, coaching, or youth work).
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* A positive attitude, adaptability, and professionalism.
* An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one).
