* Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
* Have experience of teaching English to KS3 and KS4
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
* Assessing, tracking, and recording pupil progress to inform teaching and support individual learning needs.
* Creating a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.
* Contributing to curriculum development and departmental initiatives within Performing arts
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to promote positive attitudes to learning and achievement.
