Do you love running — and all the kit that comes with it?
The role involves attending RunThrough events nationwide to deliver professional pop-up retail experiences, providing runners with essential kit and branded merchandise.
This is a varied, active role split 50/50 between:
* Supporting day-to-day operations at Kit HQ (dispatching e-commerce orders and preparing event stock)
* Working at 2 - 4 events per month across the North West, North East and Midlands
No two weeks are the same - one day you'll be packing orders, the next you'll be working at one of our stalls at a RunThrough Event.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately pick & pack customer orders using our e-commerce system and then drop them at a collection point
* Restock and maintain the kit and storage areas
* Prepare and load the RunThrough Kit van for weekly events:Support the setup, execution and breakdown of retail event spaces
* Confidently engage with customers and represent the RunThrough brand
* Assist with product demonstrations and promotional activity
* Maintain a tidy, organised and visually appealing retail spaceSupport sales objectives and drive customer engagement at events
What We're Looking For:
* Calm under pressure, particularly during busy event days
* Highly organised, practical and able to work independently
* Positive, energetic and confident communicators
* Team players who enjoy engaging with people
* A genuine passion for running and running kit
RunThrough operates across the UK and EU and is now expanding into the US. While we are based in the North West, we cover RunThrough events from Scotland to Gloucester
A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will be required to drive a company van to events.
Full training will be provided, though previous experience in retail and/or events would be advantageous.
