Description
* Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Handle supplier queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Maintain the purchase ledger, ensuring all records are up to date and accurate.
* Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment runs.
* Assist with month-end processes, including reporting and ledger reviews.
* Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to improve processes.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
* Support ad hoc tasks as required by the department.
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Temporary to Permanent should have:
* Coins expereince
* Previous experience in purchase ledger or a similar role.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of the property industry would be advantageous.
