Key Responsibilities
* Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons
* Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
* Contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities
* Promote inclusion and well-being across the school community
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient, flexible, and caring approach
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* A genuine passion for supporting education and child development
(A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.)
