Cornwall Refrigerated Transport Services Ltd are currently looking to recruit a full-time Transport Refrigeration Engineer to join our highly skilled team of mobile service engineers. Working across Cornwall and Devon repairing and maintaining all makes and models of transport refrigeration units and coach air-conditioning.
About the Role
As a Transport Refrigeration Engineer at CRTS, you'll be responsible for:
* Servicing and maintaining refrigerated transport units
* Responding to breakdowns and carrying out diagnostics and repairs
* Supporting customers across Cornwall and Devon
* Providing 24/7 breakdown cover as part of team (on a rota basis)
* Playing a vital role in keeping supply chains moving
Every day is different One day you might be repairing a truck fridge at a Devon harbour, the next servicing bakery fridge container units in Cornwall, and another day working in our Bodmin-based workshop.

What We're Looking For
* Transport refrigeration experience is an advantage, but we're also open to providing job specific training to candidates with experience in vehicle or HGV mechanics.
* Willingness to travel across Cornwall & Devon
* Self-motivated, ambitious individual with excellent customer service, problem-solving and communication skills.
* A full UK driving licence

Pay: £37,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
