Shift Pattern and Working Hours
SHIFT PATTERN: 6 days on, 1 day off. Tuesday is a rest day.
WORKING HOURS: 42 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
1. Apply and conduct oneself at all times in accordance with the site assignment and emergency instructions.
2. Support the periodic and fault team, providing training and development to operatives.
3. Ensure compliance with legislation, H&S, Sentinel Card access, risk assessments, and process methodologies.
4. Support senior management to ensure tasks are completed professionally and legislation is adhered to.
5. Ensure safety of all persons on site, including staff, contractors, and the public.
6. Be the point of contact for emergencies in the absence of senior management.
7. Complete shift reports and documentation, and communicate with other shifts.
8. Arrange cover for absent staff.
9. Visit assigned stations nightly, escalate issues, and ensure audits are completed.
10. Support contract delivery, staff welfare, HR cases, and data updates.
11. Conduct briefings, training, and ensure compliance with all health and safety policies.
12. Handle HR issues, foster relationships, and promote excellent customer service.
13. Manage materials, stock, and report on faults and open jobs.
14. Ensure all documentation and equipment are up to date and compliant.
15. Inspect staff uniform compliance and conduct return-to-work interviews.
16. Respond to HR issues and promote a respectful workplace.
17. Maintain good relationships with all site parties and promote the company brand.
18. Undertake additional duties as required to meet client and company needs.
Required Skills and Experience
* Promote a safe working environment per policies and procedures.
* Participate in meetings and manage workload independently.
* Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain professionalism.
* Hold a valid driving license with over 1 year of experience and knowledge of London roads.
* Must have a sentinel card.
* Good communication skills and basic IT skills.
* Initiative and responsibility in the absence of supervision.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance policies.
