You will join a globally-connected practice with a strong reputation across all real estate sectors, including development, infrastructure, investments, acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, and finance.
In this role, you will manage a variety of transactions for both UK-based and international clients, spanning industries like infrastructure, retail, financial services, and hospitality. Your Experience
* Strong experience in handling complex real estate, development, and infrastructure projects
* Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams, including planning and construction
* Confidence in drafting and negotiating real estate documentation, such as sale/purchase contracts, agreements for lease, easements, and licenses
* Familiarity with real estate due diligence processes, including title reviews and reports
* Background in portfolio and asset management work, including leasing matters and landlord/tenant advice
* Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver client-focused legal solutions in a responsive and proactive manner
* Excellent communication skills, a strong team ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
