What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients’ occupational therapy needs within the community setting.

Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
* Recent UK experience working as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist.
* Previous experience in the NHS.
* Registration with the HCPC.
