Your new role
This role will be the designated Head of Quality Control and will effectively manage and lead the site Quality Control activities and resources necessary to smoothly run the QC operation including testing and release of incoming materials, drug products and facilitating stability studies of commercial products within agreed lead times as per cGMP requirement and regulatory commitments in accordance with the requirements of the Eisai Quality System, GMP Guidelines and Industry Standards
What are we looking for?
* Comprehensive knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and multi-national regulations.
* Bachelor of Science with demonstrated relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry
* Demonstrated experience in team leadership roles overseeing organization and staff development.
* Experience with analytical method development, validation and transfer as well as product characterization and analytical comparability.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communication links within EML, affiliated organisations and other customers
* Extensive knowledge of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, GMP, Regulatory Compliance and manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products
* Good technical and scientific judgement
* Ability to interpret complex data and present key findings
* Computer literate e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Demonstrated Knowledge, understanding and application of GMP Guidelines and Regulations
