Temporary Office Administrator – Immediate Start
Location: Midhurst, West Sussex
Contract: Temporary (3–6 months, potential extension)
Hours: part time to cover Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to provide essential support within a busy office environment. This temporary position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist various departments during a peak period.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing professional customer service
Process orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
Maintain and update databases and internal systems accurately
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and general correspondence
Support the management team with scheduling meetings and coordinating activities
Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Assist with stock control and liaison with suppliers when required
Skills & Experience Required
Previous office administration experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
