Your Responsibilities
* Provide hands‑on IT support for the Leyland manufacturing environment, ensuring reliable operation of shopfloor systems, end‑user devices, and plant‑connected IT services to minimise downtime and support safe, efficient production.
* Manage and prioritise support requests affecting production, warehouse, and factory‑based users, ensuring incidents are resolved or escalated in line with business impact and operational urgency.
* Handle support requests in the HelpDesk application.
