We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Kitchen Installations Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our kitchen fitting projects. You will manage installers, liaise with customers, ensure quality standards are met, and keep every project running smoothly from survey to sign-off.
This is a key position within our operations team, ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a solid background in kitchen installations or construction project management.Key Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and manage kitchen installation projects from start to completion
* Coordinate and supervise kitchen fitters, subcontractors, and on-site teams
* Conduct pre-installation surveys and assess technical requirements
* Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and industry regulations
* Resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
* Communicate with customers throughout the installation process, providing updates and addressing concerns
* Work closely with the design, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of components
* Manage installation timelines, budgets, and documentation
* Monitor installer performance and ensure health & safety compliance
* Review completed jobs and organise snagging where required
What We're Looking For
* Strong experience in kitchen installations, construction, or a similar trade
* Previous experience managing installers or coordinating projects
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and kitchen plans
* A problem-solver who can think on their feet and make decisions confidently
* Good IT skills (email, scheduling tools, job management systems)
* Full UK driving licence
Preferred but not essential:
* Background as a kitchen fitter, site supervisor, or installation coordinator
* Experience working with bespoke or premium kitchen products
